Summary: Room service was quick and food was great. Oasis the pool bar/grill was excellent. We had a bartender by the name of Ryan and he killing it! He made the perfect drinks and his customer service was beyond great. Even when he got super busy he always checked on us. The check in staff was great as well they were on top of everything So was the manger he took care of us when we had AC issues. Will be back again for a staycation.

Summary: My husband is in a wheelchair! And loved this place! It made him feel free to roam around the hotel to the pool and other places around the hotel, friendly staff and very helpful! We recommend this place especially if you have a loved one that needs extra help! The hotel is beautiful!!

We loved every minute of it—from the beautiful pool and hot tub to the live music that added such a great vibe every day. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the resort truly made our trip special. A couple of small drawbacks: the outdoor courtyard was under construction during our visit, and on the one day we needed the shuttle, the driver wasn’t available. But aside from those minor hiccups, everything else was absolutely lovely. We would definitely stay again!
